Hi, My I-94 and H1B both expire on Oct 31, 2002. My last day at work is October 24, 2001 and I am leaving for Canada on Oct 29 or 30. Question: Do I need to do anything (like transfer to B visa) because of the time gap between my employment and my leaving the country? Thanks.
