Hi:
I was wondering if applying for a H1-B visa by a Social worker to work for a state child welfare agency would be an exception to the new H1-B cap. I am currently on my Optional practical training.
Has anyone had experience with the job description being presented for GC requiring a higher salary than what is currently being paid by the employer for the job. Any suggestions to combat this problem? Will INS ask for proof of salary paid.
