Thanks nkm-oct23 for the reply. So the marriage should be conducted by going to any Indian consulate or which all offices can make it legal? And through our employer we can file H4 right?- kris_ammu

H1 to H4
Hi, I have a question. I am holding a vaild H1 and can I marry to another person holding H1 from US itself. Both are Indian citizens, can any of us get an H4 after the marriage from US itself than going and filing it in India. I appreciate your help for the answers.- kris_ammu
