    h1b extention Thanks Jaxen for your response. I filed the LCA and, even though I gave the same job desription, since I am still at the same position. But I was given a different DOT title than the one for my first filing. Can this discrepency cause me any problem?

    Could someone help me please? I am filing for H1b extension, as my 3 years are coming up. Do I need to pay the $1,000 scholarship fee again, or can my employer be exempted? Is the process the same as for first time H1B? Thanks in advance

    Could anyone tell me how long it takes on average to get the the Visascreen, if you have studied nursing in America? Also how long did it take to get your Greencard approved after the receit of the VS. Thanks.
