Hi guys! I am waiting for decision for almost 5 years, got 4 "lud`s" and nothing else, still on "Initial review" (case at CSC, dad is citizen), what is procedure to add 3 year son? We got him while we wait - 2006. Dad aplly for us in 2004. Thanx...:rolleyes:

Hi everyone. I-130 F3 (case received at CSC - NOV/18/2004) 1st LUD - DEC/15/2006 2nd - JUN/21/2008 3rd - AUG/14/2009 4th - AUG/17/2009.....still "received and pending" So, last two LUD`s in a 4 days timeframe. Any positive meaning? Clues, what`s going on? Thank You.:confused:
