Thanks for your response. You are correct - my husband's EAD is based on his L2. But, our lawyer *NEVER* told us that he could get a temp EAD. We repeated asked about this and waited ALL of last year to INS to process without success. Then started again this year when we applied for L1...- veryfrustrated
