Hello , filed I-140/I-485 , no I-140 approval yet . my wife came to US on H4 visa (H4 stamp in passport) then got H1 status . now , she got laidoff , how do i transfer her status from h1 to h4 . we got EAD but since I-140 is not approved yet , didin't want to take chance . please i need...- h1toh4

h1 to h4 transfer
Hi, i came to usa on h4 (h4 stamp in passport) , then changed status to H1 but never left the country . now got laid off . what is the procedure to convert back to H4 ? , also , husband applied for GC (i140 , i485 concurrent , no approval for 1-140 yet) and got EAD card . can i stay on EAD or...- h1toh4
