Sounds good but right now it looks like that cut off will stay until the next cut off

I was just looking back at the July 2014 visa bulletin where Asia was amended and a different cut off Nepal for August was done. I hope there is a possibility that this is done for South America/Caribbean in regards to Venezuela. This should allow the rest of South America/Caribbean to move on.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. The issues in Venezuela could be one of the reasons why it may have remained the same hopefully it changes.

South America didn't even move. Something isn't right. They may update this. I believe it has happened before where they corrected a region. if not we are terribly behind and may see a dash to the finish

SA really moving slowly as compared to previous years. OC is a little step a head but SA at this point won't pass 1500 until Aug and thats looking at it nicely. I can see them picking up the speed coming down to the end. Britsimon what do you think?

There was a small increase for Feb in the latest bulletin hopefully it picks up in March which is very likely . Based on this I can see SA hitting 1600 in June
