Unfortunately, I believe it gets easier with time to not get into that what if mindset. It's even harder when you were selected once but did get an interview because your number was too high. I was there once but now the anxiety isn't there the days before and the "what if mindset" doesn't take...

You usually find out the same day but the website will be extremely overloaded so getting on might not be until later on.

I use too but not anymore. I think as time goes along you tend to loose some hope especially since I got selected the first time but didn't make it because of the cut off. I guess on the day I may but it will quickly subside unless I get selected this time around. Then my heart might jump out...

What he has posted is the month Visa issuances for March 2018 and has nothing to do with 2019 which I assume you are enquiring about. Also for information the Caribbean is grouped with SA (South America )
