How to plea to a domestic and 5th degree assault charge when wanting citizenship

Correct. And check out the maximum sentence of any charges to which the current charge is reduced. Remmeber it is by the maximum senetnce not actual sentence by which USCIS assess severity. The maximum setence should not be 1 year or longer. This is another trick. Most state laws divide...

Wrong SS number on N-400 form causing delay?

Honestly speaking, no one knows. Here are scanarios (1) USCIS find otu the name and SSN do not match and thus hold the process and will send you a request to provide correct one (2) USCIS just take SSN for granted and act as if it is right one. In this case, you face two scanarios (2.1)...

Applying as a PR under the 5yr. rule & the 90-day early process...

If you want to be exactly on the broder because you don't want to lose even one day, you will get a lot of objection here. In theory, Fingerprinting process does not need to be repeated and you can use the result obtained in yoour last application since it is vaslid for 18 months but in practice, since USCIS is bad at handling excpetion, any exception from the norm is more likely to cause delay than expidite the...

We recently withdrew N-400. If we want to re-do it, can new application be expedited?

I am not 100% convinced. If your wife get assurance from this organization or even their lawyers, their answer may not be right since it is not problem. If a PR can get tax-free money thsi way, I don't see how a citizen can not.
