H1B and gap in the cap--Please help!!!
Hi Can someone provide me some info on possible problems if multiple H1Bs are filed for the same person by same/different companies in the same time frame? Also, my OPT expires on 31st August, and H1B become valid from October 1st. What are my options? I shall be grateful for any...- esesbee
