    We sent our i485, EAD and AP for me and my wife on 29th june which they should have received on 2nd July. No checks cashed yet. Will keep updating.

    I think that you have to wait for your I140 approval. I would also like to know if the case can be converted to premium.

    RFE (Required further evidence) has hardly anything to do with what kind of processing you are doing (eigher regular or premium). If they require further evidence, they are going to ask for them, weather premium or no premium. After your RFE is submited, USCIS should still work fast on that...
