    The RD is the date that is important and it will be concidered for your EAD.... forget about the ND this is the date when they process your NOA...That's it....

    I am in the same boat.. 1) I think so..... 2) I filed I-845, 131 and 765 on Jun 14 RD Jun 15 ND Jul 12 I've got my NOAs (all of them-We are 5 people). Today from my Lawyer (She got them Jul 16). I did not receive anything. Iam waiting for FP.... Good Luck!
