I am scanning I-485 cases with Notice date 5th April 2004. I started scanning on 11th Jan 2005. I did the same on Jan 18th, Feb 7th and today (Mar 16th). The two cases approved today showing FP received on 12th Jan 2005 and the current status is "Card Ordered". May be they are FP with code 3.
