    Time taken for H1 extn in Vermont

    Looks like the 7th year extension cases are taking longer than other regular ones. Does anyone know why? I am still waiting with RD:Jan04. I know friends hows RD:March04 cases have got approved under regular h1 transfer case.

    pusram, Very interesting events. Keep posting. Well, currently I am on vacation to INDIA. Lets hope my return trip does'nt end up like yours. Actual now I have decided that out of the two baggages allowed, one should be dedicated to documents to prove yourself :D -Ravi

    Just wanted to update on my case. I am glad to say that I received my approval notice. Only thing is that I changed my regular processing to premium process and voila! it got approved with in 12 days of paying that $1000 bucks ! Regards, ravi2patel

    siddisa, Thanks for the info. Yes, I took the first approach corresponding via mail. Provided my parents passport and other letters from Indian Government about citizenship. Requested the Qatari Embassy to provide a letter stating their citizenship law but as expected no response. Still...
