Hi Labor Badhi, did you receive any rfe on your 140 ??? If you dont mind...what was it about ??? Mine was so close to you ND and iam still waiting for atleast a lud.

LUD means last updated date on your file,you can see that once you register ur receipt numbers on the uscis website.

EAD card received I received my card yesterday for both myself and my wife..........it was real fast though.....just 4 days after the approval mail.

EAD approved Got the approval emails for myself and my wife yesterday.I guess iam the last in the line to get it....but anyway. There were few lud's on my 485 before i got my EAD approval and also there were separate lud's ON MY 765 too...dont know what that means. but there was no lud on 140...

Guess what?? i had th hear the exact same words as u did....................this is going no where.........she says they are working FIFO basis and i explained her that people got there ead's and 140 approved in about 15-30 days time frame....and not just one or two....but couple of them and she...

here are the instructions.......follow them and it will take u to VSC directly let me know as soon as u talk and i will talk ......... 1-800-375-5283 Press 1 (for english), press 2 (for existing case), press 6 (for case statues etc), then press 1( for knowing your receipt no.)...

cvig,gclabor2001,njlabor, let do one thing....lets call VSC ....and than crosss...what kinda response each of us got in regard to the delay with the EAD....otherwise this thing seems so frustating....god knows what happens with 140??? let me know if oyu guys are ready for that ??

count me in...iam in the same damn crapy situation. I called VSC on this issue couple of times and for 765 applciation ...lawyer dont need to call...we can call....they are saying that its still under processing.......god knows what they are processing..............damnit...this is so depressing.

is it atleast possible to get a interim EAD after 90 days??? My lawyer says....its upto the discreation of the officer at the local USCIS ?? Any body has any such expierences??
