iEAD ==> Interim EAD. This can be obtained from your local USCIS office if you cross 90 days (from your Receipt date) of your EAD filing and do not receive the EAD in mail. I believe this iEAD is valid for 240 days unlike the EAD which is valid for 1 year. Hope this helps!!!
