We received the RFE on March 3rd. Lawyer finally replied yesterday only. So, did not see an LUD yet on the response. Keep me posted with ur case chicchu

I guess u have to wait for a month after ur date becomes current, then u can have your attorney contact USCIS regarding the 140. Employer is in India and is only coming back on 16th March,so the RFE will not go be replied until after that ,as he has to sign for it. It will be a smooth sail only...

Ours is not a PERM labor sub copy. A regular one from Feb2001 PD. Actually speaking , they should not ask that form, but they did. That form has information about recruitment etc to fill out, which is not there in our case. Just because they asked attorney is going to fil out that form leaving...
