Every time I see retrogressed dates it makes me really happy. If there were no retrogression all the people who have 2003/2004/2005 approved labor from DBEC or now from PBEC also would use up the visa numbers.

I think your lawyer knows less than you know. He/She is just making this up based on the fact that a lot of 2001/2002 cases are pending. We have seen some NOF's but we've also seen old cases get approved without any questions.

This is exactly my fear. You sned them an email and they get p*** and issue a NOF. As if that's not enough, the lawyer and HR start complaining that we should not follow up. So, I would say just sit tight and wait.

Take your time and feel happy about it!! You have waited 5 years for it. Besides it will take you at least another year to get the actual card. So now is the time to feel happy!

Well, its a comforting to know that they are still looking at older cases. Infact every time I see an approval from early 2003 I feel happy. It means they haven't completely moved on.

This is very alarming. Are the cases from 2001/2002 that haven't heard anything set for NOF? As for your case I think normally lawyers can come up with enough proof that the NOF is satisfied and you just get approved but if they deny the labor after reviewing material from the lawyer I don't...

Have you seen any movement in your case? I have a feeling that "Fianl Review" is being thrown at you so that you don't ask any more questions.

I think there are a lot of ppl still waiting from 2001/2002. They are just moving on with 2003 cases.
