Can anyone tell me what happens when the month you applied in has supposedly been processed by the Labor Dept. and you still haven't heard anything? NY Labor Dept. is currently processing April 2001, I applied in March. What do I do?

Does anyone know how RIR conversions are being processed? I have originally filed my LC in Feb. 2001 regular processing then converted to RIR in October 2001. I don't know how to estimate the processing time, haven't heard anything yet and my lawyer tells me I won't until at least June. Thanks
