Applied for H4 extension - Travel to Home Country
Could anyone experience this situation, pls help me! I'm having valid H1 visa upto 15th Jan 2004. My wife is having H4 visa of my previous employer which is valid upto 29th June 2003. My lawyer applied for her H4 extension and still it's in pending status. Due to some personal reason...- Vasanth

Need Help - Regarding Experience Certificate
Now I am with 4th Employer. I don\'t have any experience Letters from my previous Employers. Now Current Employer want to do the Green Card. Is there any way I can do it without Experience Letters (Note: One employer Close the Company)
