I'm being outsourced where my line of duties, role&responsibilities, title, location are same.
I'm currently on H1B 6th year with I-140 approved and H1B 3 year extention in progress(filed on 26th Nov 2008).
To protect my H1B status and GC PD what are my options ?

I'm in similar situation but only difference is, being outsourced. What I learned from various Immigration forums is that H1B can be portable on to a new employer. However, GC has to start over again. Also learned that it is possible to retain PD that comes from previous I-140.
