Although I not affected by DV2015 results, I feel so depressed for some reason, knowing that some good, deserving folks on this forum - who would have loved America far more that some of Her own citizens - missed out on a new life in USA. I feel for all of you... I really do. :(
@Roman2015 try getting the same advice from a lawyer and you will understand the significance of free advice.
Instead of thanking @SusieQQQ for free advice, you are bashing her for no reason other than trying to home in the point with emphasis.
No advise is better than bad advise. And this is a bad advise. You are not a US permanent resident until your are admitted at POE. Merely getting a visa is not enough. Stating that you are a US PR in job applications, when you are not, is blatant lying.
Great news it's not a big issue.
Note to myself - even though the excitement of receiving stamped passports back is too much to bear, I need to at least double check everything before rushing out of the consulate.
