Did you check your spam folder? Try using a trusted domain email to register. I know from past experience that Hotmail and live mail had a few issues when used to register on some sites and forums.

Install a PDF printer and try printing to it.

As @SusieQQQ mentioned, it is not worth the risk. Every case and every interview is different. You can never tell what the CO might be thinking at that time.

Are you talking about DV2016? It's not late as DV 2016 interviews will start in October 2015 and finish in September 2016.

Most Fijians don't even understand how DV works. They never bother to check their notification when it arrives. For those who bother, as soon as they get the first notification, they think it's time to pack and leave for the states. It's difficult to find the ones who start doing their research...

I re-opened DS-260 form to update the email address of the main applicant (my wife) and the derivatives. Reason for this is that we no longer have access to the previous email address. Will this be a point of concern?

Is this for 2015 or 2016? For 2015 CN's, I think it will be too late to make changes, especially when you are current. If 2016, then no problemo. :)

I assuming a slight boost at the beginning, then a painfully slow increase over the months.
