h4 to h1 while travelling outside US
Hi, I am in H4 and my H4 is expiring in October 2010. I am planning to apply for H1(Starting April 1st) via regular processing. In the meantime i will be travelling to India on March last week or April 1st week (depending on when i apply for h-1 visa) and coming back on June 2nd week. So...- usahari
