They are from Serbia. They got visas at the end, everything was fine at the end. They had some photos representing their relationship, I am in the similar situation, also from Serbia, so I have spoken with them earlier and I am waiting for the interview now...

One quick question. Can they put someone on AP if he/she has all the documents during the interview? Is there any other reason to be on AP?

What means AP Total CN and AP Visas especially in 29.000-30.000 range because no one has an interview, how anybody can already be on AP?

Ooh, my new concern. In the i-94 online form in the Travel History section there is no record of my Departure Date, only Arrival. My trip to the USA was last year and i-94 should be paperless and automated. Is that a problem, my interview for the GC is in about 10 days from now?

No one can tell you at this point for sure. You have to have one thing - hope! You are in a risky zone right now, but maybe we will know more precisely after the next VB has been released... Believe me or not - nothing. I asked them to unlock my DS but after speaking with people from embassy they told me that there was no need to change anything and after 2 days I just resubmitted in the same state as it was before. Thankfully that mistake didn't cost me...

It's ok for now, just when you become married inform KCC or Embassy (if you have interview scheduled already) and they will unlock your DS application so you can add your wife. Do not do anything until you get married. As of today you are single so that statement should be in your DS form until...

Britsimon show some optimism, you are well know for that :) I am the opposite guy when it comes to DS processing :)

I think you just have to wait for a few months. Bear in mind that for DS-260 to be processed needs 4 to 5 months, so when KCC is done with processing your DS you will receive 2NL and exact date of the interview.

Assuming that your DS-260 has been processed so far expect it to be in sometime between 10 - 15 days from now.

I think they want to be sure that 50K+ visas are issued every year, but this year is a mess because of the DS-260 procedure. Next year the whole process will be faster or they will basically choose less people at first (just my opinion).

And for how long it has been delayed? Few days or more serious? If it's only few days I don't think it's a big deal.
