B1/B2 visa renewal
Hi, I have a 10 year B1/B2 visa which expires in 2010. I have plans to keep visiting the US post that date. What would be a good time to apply for the B1/B2 visa renewal? I mean should it be sometime close to the expiration date or can I apply a couple of years before the expiration date?- bobs21

B1/B2 status affected by filing of GC?
Hi, I am currently residing outside the US and I already have a 10 year B1/B2 multiple entry US VISA. My sibling will very shortly apply for a Green Card (Family based- 4'th preference) for me. Am not sure what'll happen to to my B1/B2 VISA the moment the Green Card application is filed. 1)...- bobs21
