Hi, I changed my immigration status from H1 to H4. Now I have 2 months H4 visa stamped on my passport. My spouse has a 3 year extension but the officer said I can only get the 3 years stamped once my spouse has it on his passport. Please advice if there is a time line to when I should enter US...- h4_help
