H1 Denied/H4 issue
My 8th yr H1 denied on15March09, I have approved EAD and I485 case pending. My wife is on H4; she is not on file for myI-485 hence no EAD for her. -How i can maintain her status here?...Does she need to go back India right away? how long she can stay without any future imm issue? -Please...- pragms
