OPT and H1 processing simulataneously
Mr. Khanna, My F-1 status ends June 30. I have applied for OPT which would start on July 1. I havent received my EAD card yet. Can I apply for H1B for FY 2005 which would start Oct 1? Will there be an isssue of status maintenance since I am not applying for H1B with my EAD card in hand...- beegees
