    To surrender a passport

    Planthara, The fee is $ 20 who became citizen before may 31, 2010. The passport will be stamped as canceled and returned back to you.

    N-400 Application mailed to different address.

    I am in California. Mistakenly I mailed it to TX rather than AZ. Will they forward it or I should apply again. Any suggestions? PLZ
