H1 to H4 wrong name problem
Need Help! I have filed H1 to H4 and got the receipt. But I just found I filled my name in a wrong order. First name -> last name and last name to first name. I will call INs next monday. Does any one know what could happen? Will INS correct it or I have to file I-539 again? Any one have...- yinzhang19
