RIR/TR breakdown by month
As we're now into May 2001 for RIR... here is the breakdown for RIR/TR cases month-by-month. Status is for Regional cases only as of October last year.
Note that while April 2001 TR queue is roughly the same as RIR, the next months RIR queue has 5 or 10 times more...
I'm still hoping to find the Workflow/IT company that produced software used at BEC. The first step is to figure out which software they use, then the company name and then somebody who could provide any usable statistics.
MDwatch found an image on TMS company's web site, which shows BEC CAPS...
Cool!!! Anyone from MD, especially Gaithersburg on this forum? Could you check with your friends if they know someone at TMS? A contact at TMS could possibly find a way to get queue statistics.
Document contents is indeed very informative and interesting for anyone who wants to understand current situation with the backlog (I started liking Office of Inspector General the very moment Google found me that document :) ). So, if you're interested to know where numbers are coming from -...
Besides senators, congressmen, etc, there is also Office of Inspector General, which audits DOL's work constantly. They already have a work plan for FY 2005, and that plan does not include our Philly/Dallas questions. However, it may make sense to make them aware of the problem.
As an example...
Seriously, does anyone know which software they use for workflow management?
Workflow management vendors make a lot of money on professional services and their employees would normally come to the clients every once in a while, especially while system is relatively new. Now if we know...
I still believe there is a room for better Senator/etc awareness. Especially given slowness of Philly compared to Dallas.
Even if you do not support the campaign - find someone who does and ask them to send a letter! If your voice won't change much, may be your friends voices will. Anyway, we...
Hi All,

If you think your LC is approved, but not mailed out yet, see a post of this "Happy But Confused" Dallas forum member:

His/her LC was approved on May 2 and still is not mailed out.

For those who are interested in month-by-month data - see the file that I've uploaded about a week ago and now here. If you want to find SQL queries - search for my previous posts. If you've seen this file - no need to view it again - there is no change :) All data is as of October 2004.
Yep. I've received your petition and resent it as JPG images to Spidey. Thanks for your support!!!
Could you email a note to Spidey about sending petitions to NY Senator? I had a similar idea since 10,000 CA cases including mine went to Philly, and CA is not on the CC list.
Spidey, could...
--- Sign petition! ---
Speaking about real actions - print, sign and send/fax this petition:
http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=173573&page=1&pp=15
We need 100 responses total. Spidey will be collecting these till the end of June and then send to DOL, congressmen, etc. All...
See a summary of answers given by Icarus for Dallas BEC. I would think that processing instructions are similar at both BEC's.

gp111,
I did summarize by Rec_State_Office. But after double-checking, this date is usually somewhere between Rec_Local_Office and Rec_Regional_Office (puzzled about what that could mean...). For my own case state and local dates are the same. Thanks for noting that!
XLS contains both RIR...
Spidey,
see attachment. That XLS lists number of unopened cases for every month received by regional DOLs by October 2004. Raw data is taken from http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx
The previous time I posted this XLS the query counted all non-certified cases, but now I've changed...
Please, add my info
State CA
PD October 6, 2003
RD August 12, 2004
RIR
45 days letter: received
If received: date of reception Feb 14, 2005 / Feb 15, 2005
New ETA case number (obtained from the 45 days letter): P-04320-00xxx
Why enter cases manually?
There are different opinions and many posts in this forum - some say that DOL has a hidden agenda to get rid of as many of the applicants as possible (by means of lost 45day letters or because people will get tired to wait, or because many people will have to leave...
Re: # of cases
DOL published information as of October 2004. It does NOT include cases that were at SWA at that time:
http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx
For your convenience I did an aggregation showing number of non-certified cases per month. No breakdown by BEC, of course.
Great to know! could you provide more info?
Hi Juntha,
thanks for bugging the congressman : )
Could you let us know:
1. When did you sent an inquiry
2. What is the date if their reply
3. Text of your letter
I'm feeling like I have to bug someone, too : )
