you can always apply for an Emergency AP by showing legitimate proof and reason for travel....proof can be some medical emergency in family by providing a letter from doctors from home describing the situation and defining the circumstance and your need of presence.

thanks a lot.....it has been a horrific journey for me so far...today is exactly i completed my 6 years in USA.
Started my GC in 2002, after 2 years i was one of the 1st victim of the Ability to Pay issue. Filed MTR...GC got denied. Later used subsitute labor and then filed my GC...

I applied for my 2nd EAD/AP in month Nov 2006. they sent me a biometrics request for EAD in JAN and also few days later i got FP2 for 485. i guess FP2 means NC is cleared....now must be in background check.
u can find out about ur NC by taking infopass appointment
dont worry about RFE on EAD....i also applied for it few months back and on EAD they sent an RFE to submit 2 photos and if you have used online EAD filing they may send you the application form to sign...this is what i got...replied back with necessary things as asked and was approved in 3 weeks
that is what i douted when your case was transfered to TSC...there are people in this thread who has given FP after their PD got current and they are still in VSC....
but the point that really worries me is that since the PD became current, we only saw 1 EB3, 2 EB2 and 1 EB1 case approved...
supply demand
RFE patern so far at VSC from the last two cases what I have seen on the forum is cases are filed 2 or 3 years back and FP2 has been given recently and VSC might be just checking if there are any changes in employment of stuffs....
if ur congressman said that its an RFE then...
Has anybody being able to login to USCIS case status website....today i checked and there is no option for login....i guess they are updating their website or some bug in the page
With lots of transfers happening on Friday....I guess guys who has given FP2 lately might see some action happening
updated list....if anyone has got any further updates please post so that we can update this list....

Guys
This is what i make out from the transfers of cases from VSC to TSC so far
Your PD is not current - Case is transfered to TSC
Your PD is current but NC not cleared or no recent FP in year 2007 - Case is transfered to TSC
what do u think guys
what i have seen so far in the transfers of cases to TSC is....in particular with EB3 cases...
1. Your PD became current in Jan 2007 and you got a FP notice in Jan or Feb....cases are still with VSC
2. Your PD became current and you have not recieved an FP after it became current then...

i am wondering why did the transfer your case to TCS....you have ur PD current and the cases i read so far are only the person whose PD is not current...
this week so far we have seen some movements in EB3 cases....two guys had LUD on their dependent cases....one person got RFE and one got a 2nd Interview scheduled again.....all are with PD in APR 2001 last week.
BUT THERE R NO APPROVALS SO FAR....
