It is not for the USCIS...we need not convince USCIS..they are not bothered..it is for our law suit...to present to the court.. We need to identify a master list of hardships and let people volunteer to present an affidavit to the court.. and we need some more volunteers to give a disposition...

abouttime, You can use AC 21... with the new AC 21, the argument was that we will not be able to use AC 21 as it is the expected that I-140 and 485 adjudications happen at the same time... Our argument was that the new memo was effectively invalidating the AC 21... -rajum
