H-1 Renewal got denied !! Please Help
Since H class and F class are both non-immigrant visa types, you shouldn't have any issues applying for F2 dependant application withing USofA, considering your wife is on a F1 Visa. Thanks- webchetan

Employer Revoke I140 and Got 485 Denial Notice.
:rolleyes: Wow thats weird? How can USCIS revoke I-140? Once your I-485 is applied and you switch jobs after the I-485 is > 180 days then USCIS doesn't have the right to revoke the I-140 and they have to send you the NOID for I-485, at which you will send USCIS the AC21 papers.
