H1B Cap Applicability Question
Same question from me: My new H-1B petition has recently been filed using PP but since I had H-1B status from Feb 2001 -> Nov 2003 I should be exempt from the cap anyway, right? I have been outside the US since November. Thanks to all the amateur and pro lawyers :)- echapps
