I-140 denied and my Employer or the Lawyer denies to give me the denial notice thank you for your reply. however, my employer or the Lawyer denied to give me the denial notice of I-140. Now what is my options.

My I-140 got denied on May 16 2013. I have yet to receive the notice from INS, however, I believe the notice will be mailed to the lawyer/Employer which in my case both have neglected any kind of response. Kindly advise any options I may have available at this point. Thanks in advance, JayZ
