do you know how long the medical examination is valid- I've done with it on 2008/12/24 with sealed envelope but we haven't sent it out yet due to awaiting our bona fides of our marriage (joint bank account statement and my medical coverage under my husband's). Please advise!

I would clarify that both 'licence to Marry' and "Certificate of Marriage" are in the same paper called "State of Florida Marriage Record". They gave us three copies of 'certified copy' with seal on the back.

Was it started from 000-00-xxxx. If so, that was just the school assigned you a student number for easy reference in school system. I guess. You can only be granted a SSN (ID card) when you work for school under some conditions. Hope this can help because I was a F1 student for three years.

Anyway, should I reply to school or ignore them since I knew what the consequences are if I tell them I'm still in the States but didn't enrol the class?
