H1-B approval
Is anybody got H1-B approved or RFE whose priority date is in Feb 2004 and applied through regular processing ( i.e not premium). I am not talking about extension. I am asking about new H1-B, i.e change of status from F-1 to H1-B. According to this link...- shahpragnesh

OPT and H1
First thing you can not file for H1 your self. Your employer has to file for you. Second thing you can not start working without getting H1-B approved and after expiration of OPT.- shahpragnesh

UCIS has declared that they have stoped accepting new application for H1-B, which are cap related on Feb 17,2004. Then how come they are telling on following website that theyare processing application received on Feb 20,2004...- shahpragnesh
