When a H1-B request (in my case a transfer) is sent via Premium Processing, does the USCIS ALWAYS send an official receival notice? My lawyer claims he only has the FedEx receipt, nothing from the USCIS. Do they still send it even though the request is sent via premium? Thanks, Jake
