Wow! Oct Visa Bulletin says the cutoff PD is Apr 2001 for EB3-India. USCIS surely works in mysterious ways! Congrats though.

The reason its backed up again so much is because of the per country limitations which are removed in the fourth quarter. So June 2008 visa bulletin should look much much better. It's the same as last year and predicted well in advance...no surprise. This was on immigration-law.com a few weeks...

Based on the number of people who are still to be approved in these forums, I seriously hope they will continue to adjudicate cases through these 2 months. Otherwise we may have stare down some steep retrogression in October.
