how do you know refusal rate in interview is 9.5% , it seems very low, my guesses is more toward 40-50% refusal rate.

i think all years they only issued 50,000 DV's because 5000 used for nicargoa

seems that the high numbers are pretty rare, mine is AS191XX i haven't seen a lot higher than me only a few noted here, I'm beginning to worry I'm on the 20% extras :-(

you need to wait to October in order to wait and see what's the timeline, anyway your number is low so you don't have a problem. probably sometime between October 2013 - April 2014

there are a lot of guides in this forum, just look for them and fill by them.

i think you are mistaken normally your number is in the first months of interviews , October - November 2013 ,are you 18XXX or 18XX ?

it's almost certain because i checked the latest statistics of issued visa every year the government set a maximum number of 50,000 visa according to details of the last years they couldn't reach this number anyway, that's the reason they increase the number of winners - look in 2012 only...

seem that there isn't a proof for none of the high numbers (70XXX , 52XXX) from what i know the highest confirmed is 26XXX ? Does someone has bigger confirmed number ? not from rumors

just call them and find out if they got it, again i don't think it's matter, you can also e-mailed them the forms if you are concerned, but call them first

to all winners , i check statistics from previous years and 99% of the time all numbers got to the interviews, the only exception is dv2013 which has not been finished yet, they need 50K people but half of the winners doens't send their documents and some disqualified , that's why the took so...
