2nl and CEAC data are different things. CEAC suppose to let you check your status after your interview. As long as they update the data before your interview it is fine for them.

No, not at all. When they enter the data, the whole month data is in between 1-2 days for huge volume embassy like KDU, for others are generally in a day. E.g. KDU sometimes key in the data on 3rd week and sometimes 4th or even 5th weeks. So I think it is based on the work load of the embassy.
