Hi Franko,
thats correct, all went smoothly in the Embassy yesterday  , we arrived at home well past midnight so I'm just (still) too tired to gather some
worthwile thoughts at this point.
I follow up with more detailed post later today, though, i just need some more coffee and finish out...
Fair point, in US there is no departure stamp just on arrival, my statement is based on anecdotal evidence anyway - reading from another forum,
although as far as I can tell that passport proved thats someone left the country - possibly based on the re-entry to another one.
Anyway this is...
They sometimes ask about expired passport it they can't trace applicant's departures within CBP records (if one visited States in the past),
for that matter older passports - pre 2000 - might simply holds stamps indicating departure dates. I don't think that was such case here, though.
Congrats Franko!
I'm switching "one week" mode myself, having interview in London next Thursday its good to hear resurence on the availability
Congrats Franko!
I'm switching to "one week" mode myself, having interview in London next Thursday its good not to hear about visa issuance issues...
Sloner you didn't get my post at all, didn't you?
It was not about on what really happened in Ukraine, and I'm quite sure - judging from your post- that we can argue for weeks about this .
This is not political forum so I will leave this one out everyone has made his / her opinion already...
yeah, there are various different tactics on how to address difficult questions some officials tends to avoid them (that doesn't stop us form reaching a conclusion anyway),
some others - the brave ones - quite contrary - are not afraid to tell the truth ...
Franko is there any Polish DV related open forum out there, can you share the link?
I was trying to find one some time ago, I couldn't find anything interesting, though.
Cheers!
If you are a little bit disappointed by recent news from KCC camp (just like me) I would recommend this little exercise,
it really helps :D.
It made a day of quite few folks in an office as well :p.
Could it be country / embassy specific (case / limit) where they are on the verge of that (specific country) limit rather than regional one.
Is there any European country on the verge of hitting country specific limit?
Well, here we go again, typical cluster f"!#k of state driven services, wherever it is on the planet those guys are just immune to slightest traces of intelligence.
We have been talking through and deliberating how the KCC's DV related processes might work taking common sense approach, and I...
Agreed. However I think that once you are invited, your visa goes to "reserved" pool so its either granted (expired for no show ups)
or being refused based on the interview outcomes.
I'm mentioning that as I saw the other thread where someone stated visa refusal during actuall interview based...
Franko can you shed a light on what extra jabs did you actually get, I'm doing my examination on WED. I was expecting to get
TDaP and MMrR boosters, judging from the costs you gave there might be generic requirement to be given
something else on top of these two.
Thanks Vladek, I understand that this is related to these sections from form 230 we had to fill in for 2014:
31a. Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States now.
31b. Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States at a later date.
so your...
