But if he was told that he passes, with no mention of AP - might this not be an administrative glitch (especially if someone else from the same day is also in the same boat). Is he not able to call someone to follow up why he's in AP?

Your daughter can apply of her own accord - assuming she meets the application requirements. Unlike your application though, she cannot list you as a dependent - so there is the risk (if you deem it a risk) that she might win and go the the USA, but you're left behind in your home country.

I think there might be an issue with the background - the instructions state white or near white. Yours is looking a bit green. Aside from that, probably fine :P
