What I know is that I have no confidence in American government agencies. My plans are seriously full in August and September and any reschedule would screw me over. Also I had to live through Playstation Network Being down for a month couple of years a go. That was a tragedy and now this :D :D :D

Euro is flying over from the US with his family I believe and assumed that his passport will be delivered within a week or so. If it's 3-4 weeks then he might be in trouble.

I think that at the end of July they won't exceed 42.5k visas issued. 5th of August would be a good day to grab the CEAC data and check where we are at that point.

Come one Levi! Keep your composure :D 9k is plenty. We are almost at the end of July. Let's say they will hit 42.5 at the end of this month. Even with AOS they would have to try really hard to reach 50k by the end of August - I don't think it would be physically possible for them to issue 5-6k...

I think so too. And people who rescheduled their interview might have to wait till the beginning of next month (in this case August) to get visa allocated to them again. I would assume they allocate visas based on CEAC each month. London, Warsaw and couple of other embassies that I know of...
