    I think INS is doing parallel processing I think for cases need further info, waiting for info or need further investigation, INS folks will hold them and start processing others. Thats why some people get approved faster than others. INS folks won\'t wait till all cases in July finish...

    What do you suggest Jaxen, Thanks for your info. So, what would you suggest? Apply H-4 for her. Or, apply her as F-1 (expired). You said risking approval. Do you mean if she gets H-1B approved after I got my I-485 approved then she will be NOT eligiable for the I-485? Thanks, Andrew
