Perhaps a letter to the directors of BCIS from a bunch of law offices would solicit a response. Does anyone have experience doing this? How about using the immigrationportal.org for this? I don't mind contributing some money to get this letter out to BCIS.- cmn

My 140 was filed end of Aug and I was banking on using the AC21 which is pretty much in limbo with the new adjudication process. Could we petition to get clarification on the use of 140 with the new memo? In the light of changes, it'll be good to get AC21 applicable on cases with 180+ days of...- cmn

Clarification on Con-current
Could someone please also clarify my case: EB2 I-140 ND: 29 Aug, 2003 I-485/765/131 ND: 24 Sep, 2003 Will this be treated as concurrent? My lawyer's letter actual requested the 485/765/131 to be processed concurrently with I-140 and subitted the case number. much thanks- cmn
