I got a Doubt!!!! If i have valid H1 expiring on Feb2004 and I have I94 on my passport which has the same validity (till 2004). Then if I travel on H1 and Return to US with in 30 days, at POE will i be given a New I94 card or Same one in the passport is used again... Thanks :)
